We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable multi-franchise approved motorcycle dealership in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, seeking an experienced Motorcycle Parts Advisor. Duties of the Parts Advisor:
  • Assisting customers with parts and accessories enquiries
  • Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining stock records and inventory levels
  • Liaising with technicians, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure smooth parts procurement
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support in person and over the phone
  • Managing online shop operations to support the dealership’s e-commerce presence
  • Supporting the wider Parts Department to maintain high standards of professionalism and efficiency
Requirements of the Parts Advisor:
  • Live within a reasonable commuting distance of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills as a Parts Advisor
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy 
  • IT literacy, with experience using electronic parts catalogues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A UK motorcycle licence with minimal points is highly desirable but not essential
  • Passion for motorcycles and the motorcycle industry
