We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Parts Advisor to join a reputable dealership in Yeovil, Somerset. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled motor trade professionals to advance their careers within a well-established and professional environment. Our client is seeking a dedicated Parts Advisor who can deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of parts management.

Duties of a Parts Advisor:
  • Providing excellent customer service to trade and retail clients
  • Managing parts stock levels and replenishing inventory as required
  • Assisting with parts look-up, sales enquiries, and order processing
  • Ensuring accurate parts recording and efficient parts processing
  • Supporting the service department with parts-related requirements
  • Maintaining a professional and knowledgeable approach at all times 
  • Keeping up to date with the latest automotive parts and accessories
Requirements of a Parts Advisor:
  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or Parts Supervisor within the motor trade preferred
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories 
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive attitude with a customer-focused approach
  • Motivated and reliable individual able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
