Duties as a Parts Advisor will include:
  • Managing incoming telephone, internet, and in-store customer parts enquiries
  • Processing orders efficiently and accurately
  • Maintaining customer accounts and delivering exceptional service
  • Working closely with service and sales teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Assisting customers with parts-related queries and advice
  • Keeping the parts department organised and stock controlled
  • Promoting and selling parts in line with targets
  • Ensuring high standards of customer care and professional communication
Requirements that the Parts Advisor will need:
  • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or within a similar retail or automotive environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Numerate and literate, proficient in IT including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Customer-focused attitude and professional manner
