Salary: Up to £26,500 per annum (DOE)

40 hours per week (between 08:00 – 16:30, Monday to Friday)

We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Parts Advisor to join a busy parts operation where no two days are the same. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and delivering excellent service to both internal teams and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer stock control for vans, site workshops, and contracts
  • Process parts orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assist with parts identification and warranty/returns processing
  • Support the team with customer orders, backorders, and special deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area
  • Respond to customer needs professionally and efficiently
  • Assist with audits and stock checks
  • Operate within company guidelines and procedures

About You

  • Proven administration and customer service experience in a workshop or parts setting
  • Knowledge of HGV, waste industry, or service centre environments is a bonus
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
