As a Pastoral Support Worker, you will provide emotional and behavioural support to pupils both inside and outside the classroom. You will help students regulate their emotions, develop confidence and resilience, manage challenging situations, encourage positive behaviour, and build strong, trusting relationships. The Pastoral Support Worker will also support pupils during unstructured parts of the school day, deliver targeted pastoral interventions, promote attendance and engagement, and work collaboratively with staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
