Job Title:             Picking and Packing Operative

Location:             Midsomer Norton

Hours:                 6am – 2.00pm Monday to Thursday / 6am -11.30am Friday

Contract:              Temporary

Pay:                      £12.71ph

We are currently recruiting for a Picking & Packing Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business in Midsomer Norton. The Role

Working as part of a friendly and busy team, you will play an important role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking products to fulfil customer orders
• Packing items safely and accurately into boxes
• Wrapping products and pallets using protective packaging materials
• Preparing goods for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Following all Health & Safety procedures and company policies
• Ensuring orders are completed and shipped on time

Please note that some lifting is involved, with products weighing up to 15kg.

About You

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or production experience would be advantageous
• Able to work in an organised and efficient manner
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, hardworking, and a team player
• Committed to maintaining high standards of safety and housekeeping
