Planning Solicitor (1-5 PQE) in Gloucestershire

I'm currently working with a specialist regional law firm that is looking to appoint a Planning Solicitor as part of the continued growth of its team.

This is a great opportunity for a Planning Solicitor looking to join a well-established, specialist practice with a broad client base and a genuinely collaborative working environment.

You'll have the opportunity to work across a broad range of planning matters, advising a varied client base that includes landowners, businesses and developers.

The work is likely to include:

• Planning applications and general planning advice
• Planning appeals
• Enforcement matters
• Planning agreements and obligations
• Section 106 agreements
• Certificates of Lawfulness
• Development-related planning work
• Advising clients on planning strategy and potential development opportunities

The team handles a mixture of contentious and non-contentious planning work, giving you the opportunity to build a broad practice rather than being restricted to one particular area.
