Are you a qualified primary teacher looking for flexible teaching work across Leicestershire?
Aspire People are currently recruiting QTS-qualified Primary Supply Teachers to work with a range of primary schools across the county.
Whether you're looking to work every day, a few days a week or simply pick up work around your existing commitments, supply teaching gives you the flexibility to choose when you work.
The Role
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2
Follow school lesson plans and curriculum requirements
Manage classroom behaviour effectively
Support pupils with their learning and development
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Build strong relationships with pupils and school staff
Adapt quickly to different schools and year groups
Maintain high standards of teaching and classroom management
We're Looking For
To be considered, you must:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have previous experience working with children
Have experience teaching within a primary school setting
Be confident managing a classroom independently
Have strong behaviour management skills
Be adaptable and comfortable working in different school environments
Be reliable, professional and enthusiastic about teaching
