Salary: £27,600 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: In person

We are currently recruiting for a Production & Blending Operative to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Previous experience in automotive blending, production, warehouse operations or quality assurance would be advantageous, although full training will be provided. The successful candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious and able to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out product blending in accordance with strict specifications and production requirements
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Operate and monitor mixing vessels and associated production equipment
• Learn and follow site pipework, storage tank and production systems
• Work towards and achieve daily production targets
• Load and unload tankers safely and efficiently
• Handle materials and goods with care and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Follow all company health and safety procedures and instructions
• Work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a high standard of individual performance
• Undertake overtime when required to support production requirements

Skills & Experience

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence preferred
• Previous experience in production, blending, warehouse operations or quality control advantageous
• Ability to carry out repetitive tasks consistently and accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual and committed approach to work
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
• Flexible approach to working hours
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety

Qualifications & Experience

• A-Level or equivalent qualification preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Counterbalance Forklift Licence preferred
