Production Operative

Location: Buntingford, Hertfordshire
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Overtime: Available, subject to business requirements

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing environment based in Buntingford.

This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for long-term employment. Full training will be provided, making this role suitable for candidates with previous production, warehouse, factory or manufacturing experience, as well as those looking to develop new skills.

• Carrying out general production and manufacturing duties

• Assisting with the production process and meeting daily targets

• Packing and preparing finished products

• Checking products for quality and reporting any issues

• Following work instructions and health & safety procedures

• Keeping the work area clean, tidy and organised

• Working as part of a team in a busy production environment

• Carrying out manual handling where required

• Supporting other areas of production when needed

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Reliable and punctual

• Hardworking and willing to learn

• Comfortable working in a busy, hands-on environment

• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Physically fit for a role involving standing and manual handling

• Safety-conscious with good attention to detail

Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse or factory experience is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided.
