Our client is looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join their friendly and welcoming team with an immediate start available. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous production experience who are looking for a long term role with the potential to secure a permanent position.
You'll be joining a supportive team where you'll receive full training and encouragement, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.
The role is predominantly based on afternoon/ late shifts, although some flexibility will be required during the initial training period.

- Job type: Temporary to permanent opportunity

- Salary:£15.00 per hour
- Hours: Full time, afternoon shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Operating production equipment safely and efficiently
- Assembling, packing and preparing products to the required quality standards
- Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
- Following work instructions and production schedules
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Supporting the wider team to achieve daily production targets
Skills & Experience
- Previous production experience is preferred
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport is essential
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility on availability to support the initial training period before moving onto afternoon shifts
