A highly reputable company based in Nottingham is currently seeking to recruit a professional and commercially aware Project Coordinator to strengthen their Technical teams. Key Duties & Responsibilities Include:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to project teams and senior members of the business.
- Assist with project administration, including setting up new projects, maintaining records and ensuring information is kept accurate and up to date.
- Support project-related financial processes, including purchase orders, invoicing, financial tracking and monitoring project expenditure.
- Assist with the reconciliation and processing of invoices, ensuring relevant records and documentation are maintained.
- Monitor project actions, deadlines and deliverables, following up with relevant individuals where necessary to ensure activities remain on track.
- Support the coordination of approvals and submissions, working with internal colleagues and external contacts to ensure requirements are met within agreed timescales.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and assist with document control, including registers, filing systems and electronic document management.
- Coordinate meetings, site visits and other project-related activities, ensuring the necessary arrangements and documentation are in place.
- Provide diary and meeting coordination support to senior colleagues where required.
- Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements and other general office administration.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required:
- Previous experience within a project coordination or similar administrative office-based role.
- GCSE passes (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with financial information, documentation and project records.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients and external stakeholders.
