Project Planner – Data Centre Construction

Salter Grange is recruiting a Project Planner on behalf of a leading international engineering contractor delivering large-scale data centre projects across Europe.

This role offers the opportunity to join a growing project controls team working on one of the most exciting sectors in construction. You will play a key role in supporting project delivery by developing and maintaining detailed programmes while working closely with project stakeholders.

Project Planner Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Track progress against programme milestones and report on project performance.
• Support project teams in identifying schedule risks and implementing recovery plans.
• Produce weekly and monthly planning reports.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors and project management to ensure programme accuracy.
• Support earned value analysis and project controls activities where required.
• Contribute to project planning workshops and stakeholder meetings.

Project Planner Requirements

• Previous experience as a Planner or Project Planner within construction or engineering.
• Experience working on data centres, industrial, pharmaceutical, infrastructure or large-scale construction projects is advantageous.
• Strong Primavera P6 knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to interpret drawings, schedules and project information.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
