Hours: Monday to Friday (Core hours 8:00am – 5:00pm)
About the Role
Pertemps are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Property & Facilities Services Coordinator to join their UK&I Property & Facilities team based at their Head Office in Burton upon Trent.
This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll be the face of the business, providing exceptional front-of-house support while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy corporate office.
From welcoming visitors and coordinating meeting spaces to supporting events, facilities, building operations and financial administration, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
As Property & Facilities Services Coordinator, you will:
- Deliver a professional front-of-house and reception service to employees, visitors and contractors.
- Manage incoming calls, shared inboxes, visitor access, reception duties and general enquiries.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing post, courier services and confidential mail.
- Support workplace operations including desk bookings, meeting room setups and event coordination.
- Work alongside Facilities Management teams to ensure the building remains safe, compliant and operational.
- Carry out site inspections, support health and safety activities and assist with emergency procedures where required.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers and service providers to ensure high service standards.
- Raise purchase orders, process invoices and support financial administration activities.
- Assist with office moves, space planning, occupancy monitoring and workplace improvements.
- Provide administrative support across the wider Property & Facilities team as required.

You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing, reception, facilities or office support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work accurately.
- Confidence working independently while also contributing as part of a team.
