A growing technology organisation is looking for a QHSE Engineer who can bring confident, hands‑on Health & Safety expertise into busy operational settings, while supporting wider Quality and Environmental systems across multiple UK sites.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing practical H&S support to managers and operators

• Conducting and reviewing risk assessments, method statements and workplace inspections

• Investigating accidents, incidents and near misses

• Delivering toolbox talks, safety briefings and coaching

• Supporting internal and supplier audits

• Managing NCRs, CAPA, supplier quality and customer audits

• Contributing to environmental compliance and continuous improvement

• Exposure to FAIRs, supplier evaluation and product regulatory compliance

What You’ll Bring

• NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)

• Strong hands‑on H&S experience in manufacturing, electronics, warehousing or distribution

• Experience with risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective actions

• Confidence delivering H&S briefings and challenging unsafe practices

• Internal/supplier auditing experience

• Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100D, ISO 14001, ISO 45001

• A proactive, approachable style and the ability to influence at all levels
