QMS and Sales Support Coordinator

The Just Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for a QMS and Sales Support Coordinator for their client who operate a specialist test facility, based on the outskirts of Great Dunmow, Essex.

Please note that due to the rural location of the site, you would need to have access to your own transport.

Role will involve:
* Management of support team
* Maintain and support document control of QMS 17025 for Market Access and creating compliance reports
* Co-ordination of certificate review process
* Maintain internal audit schedule
* Manage non-conformity register
* Updating and collating standards and accreditation schedules
* Consolidating test plans / quotations and send to customers with support to Sales team
* Providing sales support where required for new leads and RFQs
* Support to Business Development activities including marketing, trade shows and testimonials
* Delivery of any local processes to support Finance and Reporting


Essential experience:
* Qualification in quality management or equivalent experience
And/or
* Engineering or other STEM qualification

Desirable Experience
* People management skills
* Knowledge of quality system or auditing
* Organisational skills to progress multi-task requirements
* Excel and analytical awareness
* Commercial acumen to support stakeholders
* Experience with ATEX/IECEx/HAZLOC certification
* Experience with IECEE certification
* Experience with EMC/RED
* Experience in an accredited laboratory, certification body, or regulated manufacture
* ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025 or ISO 17065 Quality Management System audit or development experience
