You will ensure all product specifications, labelling, packaging and quality data are accurate, compliant and reliable.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining accurate, audit-ready product specifications and labelling
• Monitoring quality performance using KPIs, QSL data and shelf-life reports
• Investigating quality issues and customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
• Participating in benchmarking, sample evaluations and customer visits
• Working closely with growers and packing sites to maintain and improve quality standards
• Undertaking occasional travel to sourcing and packing locations

Requirements:

• At least two years’ experience in a quality or technical role
• Strong knowledge of weights, measures and labelling legislation
• Internal auditing qualification with practical experience
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Confidence in professionally hosting customers on-site
• Proficient in MS Office with excellent interpersonal skills
