I'm working with a well-established and growing contractor who are looking to bring an experienced Quantity Surveyor into their commercial team in Nottingham.

With 4-5+ years' experience under your belt, this could be a great opportunity to step into a role where you'll have real responsibility, work across a varied project portfolio and continue developing your commercial career.

• Up to £60,000-£65,000 depending on experience
• Nottingham-based
• Established contractor with a strong track record
• Opportunity to develop and progress
• Supportive commercial and operational team
• Genuine responsibility and ownership across projects

They're open to Quantity Surveyors and Senior Surveyors with a good few years of commercial experience.

You'll ideally have:

• 4-5+ years' QS experience
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• Experience managing projects from a commercial perspective
• Good experience with subcontractors, valuations, variations and final accounts
• A proactive approach and the ability to work closely with project teams

Piling or geotechnical experience would be a bonus, but it's certainly not essential.
