Location: Luton
Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 + Benefits
A growing Design & Build contractor based in Luton is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to strengthen its commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of projects from tender stage through to final account.
The Role
- Manage the commercial aspects of multiple construction projects.
- Prepare valuations, variations, cost reports and final accounts.
- Procure subcontractors and negotiate packages.
- Monitor project budgets and forecast costs.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Support successful commercial delivery across all projects.
Requirements
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a Design & Build contractor.
- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts.
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Degree qualified or equivalent preferred.
