WCA Functional Assessor – Reading | Hybrid | Monday–Friday | £40,000–£42,000 + Bonuses

If you're an experienced Nurse, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist looking for a change from frontline clinical work, this could be the career move you've been waiting for.
As a WCA Functional Assessor, you'll use your clinical knowledge, assessment skills and professional judgement to understand how a person's health conditions affect their functional ability and capacity for work.
You'll speak with people through telephone, video and face-to-face assessments, review medical evidence and produce clear, objective reports based on your findings.
It's a role where your clinical experience really matters — but you're no longer providing hands-on care.

Could this be you?We're looking for:
- Registered Nurses
- Physiotherapists
- Occupational Therapists
- Active NMC or HCPC registration
- At least 12 months' post-registration clinical experience
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Good IT skills
- Strong clinical reasoning and professional judgement
- Full UK Right to Work
