Recruitment Administrator in Peterborough, ENG

We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Recruitment Administrator to provide temporary support to a busy recruitment team within a large education organisation.

Temporary Recruitment Administrator

Near Peterborough

£25,000–£30,000 FTE

Immediate start – w/c 5th or 12th October

This is a fast-paced role where you’ll support the recruitment process from vacancy through to onboarding, including coordinating interviews, liaising with candidates and hiring managers, completing pre-employment checks and ensuring recruitment records and systems are kept accurate and up to date.

We’re looking for a Recruitment Administrator who:

• Has strong administration skills, ideally gained within recruitment or HR or within the education sector
• Is confident juggling multiple vacancies, priorities and deadlines
• Has excellent attention to detail and a professional, approachable communication style
• Is comfortable working with HR/recruitment systems and Microsoft Office
• Can hit the ground running and is available to start quickly
