What You'll Be Doing

• Building and developing relationships with schools across London and the surrounding areas.
• Recruiting, interviewing and placing high-quality teaching and support staff into schools.
• Managing the full recruitment process from initial enquiry through to successful placement.
• Proactively sourcing new candidates using job boards, social media, referrals and networking.
• Conducting candidate interviews and compliance checks.
• Matching candidates to suitable vacancies.
• Negotiating placements and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Providing an exceptional level of customer service to both schools and candidates.
• Working towards achievable targets within a supportive and rewarding environment.

What We're Looking For

• A positive, driven and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Confidence speaking with people over the phone and face-to-face.
• A willingness to learn and develop.
• Resilient, self-motivated and target driven.
• Previous recruitment, sales or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
• A full UK driving licence is an advantage but not essential.
