We're looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in London Bridge, specialising in the UK property and construction market.

Whether you already recruit within construction or come from another specialist recruitment sector, you'll have the opportunity to build your own desk, develop long-term client relationships and maximise your earnings with uncapped commission.

The Role

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement.

• Build and grow your own client portfolio within the property and construction sector.

• Source, interview and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Develop lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

• Negotiate offers and successfully manage the placement process.

• Become a market specialist within your chosen niche.

What We're Looking For

• Previous 360 recruitment experience within an agency environment.

• Confident business developer with a proactive approach to winning new clients.

• Commercially minded, target-driven and motivated by success.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ambitious, resilient and eager to progress your career.
