Hours:              Full time, Monday – Thursday 8.45am – 17.15pm & Friday 8.45am – 4pm

We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant with a strong focus on business development to join our successful team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and commercially minded individual who enjoys opening doors, developing accounts, and managing the full recruitment process.

Key responsibilities include:

• Generating new business opportunities through proactive sales activity.
• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients.
• Conducting client meetings, business development calls, and networking activities.
• Negotiating terms of business and recruitment solutions.
• Managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy through to placement.
• Sourcing, interviewing, and matching high-quality candidates to client requirements.
• Developing and maintaining an active pipeline of candidates and vacancies.
• Achieving and exceeding sales and recruitment targets.
• Providing an outstanding experience for both clients and candidates.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in recruitment, sales, business development, or account management.
• Motivated by achieving targets and winning new business.
• A confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Commercially aware with strong negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to succeed.
