You’ll focus on permanent office support recruitment across the North West, combining business development with consultative candidate and client management.

  • Salary up to £32,000 depending on experience, with OTE of £50,000

Your responsibilities as Recruitment Consultant
  • Grow your permanent recruitment desk through new business generation and client development
  • Recruit across a varied range of office support vacancies
  • Meet and speak with clients to understand their recruitment challenges and provide consultative solutions
  • Source, engage and build relationships with high-quality candidates
  • Maintain an active pipeline while managing a varied client base across the North West
  • Work closely with marketing to maximise warm leads while achieving agreed targets
What we’re looking for in an Experienced Recruitment Consultant
  • Previous experience within a similar recruitment position, with strong permanent recruitment knowledge
  • Demonstrable experience of business development, sales and client relationship management
  • Confident telephone, face-to-face and written communication skills
  • Strong organisation and workload management skills within a busy recruitment environment
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Working hours – Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Fridays. No weekends or late nights.
