Recruitment Resourcer in Oldham, Greater Manchester

Contract Information: Permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, (30-minute lunch)
Salary: £26,500 - 28,000 per annum, depending on experience
Annual Leave: 33 days including bank holidays

Sure Start Staff is a growing recruitment agency specialising in the Commercial & Industrial sectors. We are looking for a friendly, organised and hardworking

Recruitment Resourcer to join our team and play an important part in supporting our clients, candidates and day-to-day operations.

This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same!

What you'll be doing:

• Sourcing and registering candidates for a range of temporary and permanent roles.
• Advertising vacancies and managing candidate applications.
• Speaking with candidates to understand their experience, availability and suitability for roles.
• Supporting the recruitment team with general administration and day-to-day business tasks.
• Helping to maintain candidate records and ensure compliance documentation is up to date.
• Providing general support to clients and temporary workers.
• Taking part in our out-of-hours On-Call rota, helping to support workers and clients outside normal office hours.

What we're looking for:

We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable and enjoys working in a busy environment. Previous recruitment or resourcing experience would be great, but we're also happy to hear from people with strong administration, customer service or people-focused experience.

You should be:

• Confident communicating with people over the phone and by email.
• Organised and able to manage a variety of tasks.
• Comfortable working as part of a small, supportive team.
• Proactive, flexible and willing to get stuck in.
• Comfortable with general administration and computer systems.
