Registered Manager – Small LD Residential Service | Nottingham | Up to £40,000
A private care organisation is looking for a Registered Manager to take ownership of a 6-bed residential service in Nottingham (NG5), rated Good by the CQC, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex/challenging needs.

About the role:
You'll hold CQC registration and full accountability for compliance, lead a small staff team day-to-day, manage rotas and budgets, and act as the main point of contact for families, commissioners and the CQC.
What we're looking for:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- Hands-on LD residential experience
- Comfortable taking full ownership of a smaller service
