  • £300 per month occupancy bonus at full occupancy
  • On-call included within salary and shared with the Deputy Manager

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience as a Registered Manager, or strong Deputy Manager experience within children’s residential care
  • Ideally 2–3 years’ experience in a senior leadership role
  • Experience supporting children and young people with EBD
  • A track record of contributing to or achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
  • Level 3 Children and Young People qualification, or equivalent
  • Level 5 Leadership and Management completed, underway, or willingness to continue
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, compliance and Children’s Homes Regulations
  • Ability to build a strong team culture and lead by example
  • A stable employment history and good professional references
  • Must be within a realistic commuting distance of NW1

Any previous disciplinaries, safeguarding concerns or failed Fit Person interviews must be declared at application stage.
