Dual Registered Manager – Children’s Residential EBD
Location: Waltham Abbey
Salary: £80,000 plus additional bonuses

CPL UK Healthcare / Social Care are supporting our client with the recruitment of an experienced Dual Registered Manager for two children’s residential EBD homes in Waltham Abbey.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident children’s residential Registered Manager who wants the scope of a dual-registration role, but within a very manageable and well-supported setting.

The homes are approximately 10 minutes’ walk from each other, with a combined capacity of 3 beds. At present, there is only 1 young person in placement, giving the successful manager a real opportunity to shape the homes, embed standards and build the culture properly from an early stage.

You will also be very well supported by senior leadership, including a team of Responsible Individuals, giving you strong operational backing while still allowing you the autonomy to lead.

The Role

As Dual Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership, quality and day-to-day management of two small children’s residential EBD homes. This is a role with genuine influence. You will have the opportunity to shape the homes, develop the teams and drive standards across both services.
