About the role
Lekrao is looking for a confident, organised and ambitious Case Management Administrator to join our team. This is a fully remote role, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
The role involves managing and progressing commercial property cases, working with clients, landlords and property agents to make sure enquiries are dealt with properly and each case keeps moving.
You will receive training and support while taking responsibility for your own work and developing your knowledge of commercial property and case management.
What you'll be doing
- Managing and progressing a caseload of commercial property enquiries and opportunities.
- Responding to clients and businesses by professional email and telephone.
- Creating and maintaining property catalogues, floor plans and other property information.
- Preparing and working with Heads of Terms, lease terms and other property-related information.
- Arranging and coordinating property viewings with clients and agents.
- Supporting property agents by making sure they have the information they need before and after viewings.
- Responding to questions about properties and, where necessary, contacting landlords to obtain the correct information.
- Researching information and finding solutions when questions or issues arise.
- Keeping track of enquiries, follow-ups, viewings, negotiations and outstanding actions.
- Maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Excel and other office systems.
- Identifying delays or issues and taking action to keep each case progressing.
What we're looking for
- A Levels or equivalent.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Confident and professional communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with clients and businesses by email and telephone.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and standard office software.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Someone who is ambitious, willing to learn and takes responsibility for getting things done.
Desirable, but not essential
- A university degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous administration or office experience.
- Previous experience working with property, leases or similar documentation.
