Repairs Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise responsive repairs and maintenance works across social housing properties in the Finsbury Park area
• Manage a team of operatives, ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Monitor work progress, quality, and productivity to ensure targets and deadlines are achieved
• Carry out site visits, inspections, and quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards
• Provide support and guidance to trades, resolving any issues that arise during works
• Liaise with residents, clients, and internal teams to ensure a smooth repairs service
• Ensure all health and safety procedures, policies, and industry regulations are followed

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Repairs Supervisor within social housing or property maintenance
• Valid SSSTS or IOSH Managing Safely qualification (minimum requirement)
• Where a trade or management qualification is held, evidence must be provided
• Strong knowledge of responsive repairs, housing maintenance processes, and compliance requirements
