We're currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Resident Support Workers to join a dedicated supported housing service that provides accommodation and tailored support to adults experiencing homelessness and those with complex needs.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference by helping individuals develop the skills and confidence needed to live independently.

The Role

As a Resident Support Worker, you will work within a residential setting, supporting residents on a day-to-day basis while promoting independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing person-centred support to residents.
  • Encouraging independent living skills and personal development.
  • Supporting residents with daily living tasks where required.
  • Building positive, professional relationships.
  • Maintaining accurate records and completing incident reports.
  • Promoting a safe, welcoming and supportive environment.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies.

Pay: £15.00 per hour + £50.00 Sleep-in Allowance

Shift Pattern
  • 9:00am - 3:00pm
  • 12:00pm - 7:00pm
  • 7:00pm - 12:00am plus sleep-in
What We're Looking For
  • Experience working within homelessness, supported housing, mental health or complex needs services is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A caring, resilient and professional approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible to work a rota including evenings and sleep-ins.
