We are recruiting several Residential Support Workers to join our children's residential services across Merseyside, with opportunities available in Wallasey, Bootle, Whiston and St Helens.
We also have opportunities for Support Workers who are happy to provide additional cover across our services, with the potential to move into a permanent home as new services open.
Your role will include
Providing day-to-day care and emotional support to children and young people
Supporting education, routines, activities and positive development
Promoting independence and essential life skills
Helping to create safe, stable and nurturing environments
Building positive and trusting relationships with young people
Being a consistent, positive presence in a young person's life
Supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes
Your location
We have Residential Support Worker opportunities across Merseyside, including:
Wallasey - CH44 & CH45
Bootle - L20
Whiston - L35
St Helens - WA10
For some positions, there may also be an opportunity to work flexibly across different services, providing additional staffing support where required.

At a glance
Location: Liverpool & Merseyside - multiple locations
Posts: Several available
Pay: £13.49 per hour, rising to £15.02 once you hold your Level 3
Qualifications: Level 3 preferred - full funding available if you don't already hold it
Driving: Full UK driving licence required
Hours: Flexible shift patterns, including sleeping nights
Experience: Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable, but full training and support will be provided
