💷 Pay Rate: £330.00 per day (Umbrella)

Are you an experienced Registered Manager with a strong background in adult social care, reablement or community services? We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to lead the Reablement & Independence Service (RIS) in Slough.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a recovery-focused service that supports adults to regain independence, improve wellbeing and achieve positive outcomes through person-centred, strengths-based care.

The Role

As the CQC Registered Manager, you will oversee the safe and effective delivery of reablement services, ensuring high-quality care that meets regulatory standards and promotes independence.

You will lead frontline teams, support integrated working with health and social care partners, and drive continuous improvement across the service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of a high-quality reablement service.
• Lead and support Team Leaders, Supervisors and Reablement Assistants.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding requirements and the Care Act 2014.
• Oversee assessments, care planning, risk management and quality monitoring.
• Promote independence, dignity and choice for service users.
• Work closely with Occupational Therapy, Social Work and health partners to support safe hospital discharges.
• Manage complaints, incidents, audits and service improvement activity.
• Provide supervision, training and development opportunities for staff.

About You

You will have:

• Experience as a Registered Manager within adult social care, community care, rehabilitation or reablement services.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and adult social care legislation.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing service delivery.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
• A commitment to delivering person-centred care and improving outcomes for adults.
