Car Sales Executive role working with one of the UK’s leading automotive groups selling new & used vehicles. Excellent salary, benefits, and uncapped bonus available.

Location: Newbury
Salary: £27,254 basic per annum plus bonus OTE £53,000(Uncapped)
Job type: Permanent / full-time role
Working hours: The showroom is open from 8.00 - 18.30 Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 Saturday and 10:00 – 16:00 Sunday. Weekend work on a rota basis will be required; however, a 5-day week will be worked.

Sales Executive Requirements: 
  • Previous experience in a Main Dealership setting is ESSENTIAL. 
  • Proven track record of success in achieving targets.
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Sales Executive Job Role:
  • Generate new business by researching potential customers and their needs.
  • Analyse the market and develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Negotiate with potential customers to secure the best outcome for the company.
  • Maintain contact with existing customers, and up-sell additional products and services.
  • Ensure that customer service levels are maintained.
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team.
