  • Pay Rate: £95 – £110 per day
  • Hours: Part-Time (25 hours per week), Term-Time Only (TTO)

Key Duties:
  • Deliver targeted 1:1 support to assigned pupils, focusing on overcoming learning barriers and boosting classroom confidence.
  • Lead small group interventions in literacy and numeracy to help raise attainment levels under the teacher's guidance.
  • Manage classroom behavior proactively, implementing the school's positive behavior policy to maintain a focused learning environment.
  • Prepare bespoke learning materials and interactive resource packs tailored to the diverse needs of the students.
  • Escort and supervise pupils safely during key transition periods, including playground breaks, lunchtimes, and local school trips.
What You Need:
  • Experience working with children in a school, tutoring, or childcare setting.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills alongside a patient, empathetic personality.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
