Protocol Education is recruiting motivated and reliable Secondary Support Staff for a variety of secondary schools throughout Halifax. Whether you have previous school-based experience or transferable skills from youth work, coaching, care, or support roles, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4
- Working alongside teaching staff to maintain an inclusive learning environment
- Providing targeted support to individual students and small groups
- Promoting positive behaviour and student wellbeing
- Assisting with classroom preparation and lesson activities
- Previous experience supporting young people is desirable
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
- Positive, patient, and professional attitude
- Enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
