Position Details

• Salary: £60,000 per year
• Shift: Monday to Friday – Nights / 4 on 4 off
• Duration: Ongoing, long-term employment

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the night-to-night security operations of the site.
• Manage and support the night security team to maintain high standards of performance.
• Ensure compliance with all security procedures, policies, and regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement effective security measures.
• Liaise with clients, site management, and external agencies when required.
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and assets.

Requirements
