Job Title: 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary School
Location: Bradford
Salary: £95–£110 per day
Contract: Full-time / Long-term
Start Date: Immediate and September starts available

You're not "just" a Teaching Assistant. You're the calm voice, the encouragement, and sometimes the reason a child walks through the classroom door smiling.

We're looking for a caring and committed 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil within a Bradford primary school.

This role is all about building trust, supporting learning, and helping one child feel confident and successful every day.

The role includes:

• Providing dedicated 1:1 support
• Supporting learning, routines and emotional wellbeing
• Helping create structure and consistency throughout the school day
• Working closely with class teachers and SEND staff

You'll be great if you have:

• Experience supporting children with SEND
• A calm and patient approach
• Strong communication skills
• A genuine passion for helping children thrive

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
