Senior Facilities Management Consultant in London, Greater London

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Management Consultant to join a leading global consultancy within its growing Real Estate Advisory team. The position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, helping them improve the management, performance and efficiency of their buildings and property portfolios.

The Role

Working within a team of experienced property professionals, you will be involved in:

• Reviewing the management and operation of commercial property portfolios, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Assessing maintenance arrangements, supplier performance and operational expenditure.
• Advising clients on the structure and delivery of their facilities management services.
• Supporting contract reviews, procurement exercises and the appointment of service providers.
• Reviewing building asset information, maintenance requirements and future expenditure.
• Assisting with the introduction of new service contracts and changes to existing FM arrangements.
• Producing reports and practical recommendations to support client decisions.

The Person

We are interested in speaking with candidates who have:

• Experience within facilities management, estates management or a related property discipline.
• A good understanding of building operations, maintenance and service contracts.
• Exposure to contract management, service improvements or operational assessments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
• A practical, commercially aware approach to problem-solving.
• Previous consultancy experience would be advantageous.
