Our client is an established construction organisation, known for delivering complex projects across multiple sectors with a strong commitment to quality and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage all commercial functions related to MEP packages from pre-contract through final account
- Prepare, review, and negotiate subcontract and supplier agreements
- Produce accurate cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial updates
- Assess and manage commercial risks, providing recommendations to the project team
- Oversee valuations, payment applications, and change management processes
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and project schedules
- Collaborate closely with project managers, design teams, and stakeholders to support successful delivery
- Solid background as a Quantity/Commercial Surveyor, ideally at Senior level
- Proven experience managing MEP packages within major construction or building services projects
- Good knowledge of standard contract forms (NEC / JCT)
- Commercial acumen with strong analytical and negotiation skills
- IT proficiency and familiarity with cost management systems
