Hyperion Partners are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and highly respected property management business, who are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their growing London team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable and motivated property professional with a proven track record in senior property management. Our client is looking for someone who can confidently manage a complex portfolio, build strong client relationships and provide guidance and support to colleagues while delivering an exceptional level of service.

The Role

As a Senior Property Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse residential portfolio, ensuring properties are managed efficiently, compliantly and to the highest standards. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, residents and contractors while overseeing all aspects of property management.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a portfolio of residential developments, ensuring excellent service delivery.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, residents, leaseholders and contractors.
Preparing and managing service charge budgets in conjunction with internal teams.
Overseeing major works, planned maintenance programmes and contractor performance.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety, fire safety and building safety legislation.
Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring developments are maintained to a high standard.
Handling complex resident queries, complaints and escalated issues professionally.
Attending client, resident and board meetings as required.
Supporting and mentoring junior members of the property management team.
Working closely with internal departments to ensure seamless portfolio management.


About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have substantial experience within residential block management and a strong background working as a Senior Property Manager.

You will ideally have:

Proven experience as a Senior Property Manager managing residential developments.
MTPI or ATPI qualification (essential).
Excellent knowledge of residential leasehold property management and current legislation.
Experience managing service charge budgets, major works and contractor performance.
Strong understanding of health and safety, fire safety and building safety compliance.
Outstanding communication and relationship management skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to make informed decisions.
A full UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential.
