Salary: £27,612 - £29,000 dependent on experience

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Quality Assurance Administrator to provide essential administrative and governance support across our Safeguarding, Quality Assurance and Clinical Services teams.
Working closely with senior leaders, you'll help coordinate quality assurance activities, clinical governance and safeguarding processes, ensuring actions are tracked, governance requirements are met and accurate information is available to support effective decision-making.
You'll play a key role in supporting audits, inspections, meetings, reporting and clinical administration helping to drive continuous improvement and maintain the high standards of care we provide across the Group.

Who We Are Looking For
We're looking for an experienced administrator with excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
You'll have experience providing high-level administrative support within a governance, quality assurance, safeguarding, healthcare or social care environment and be confident managing multiple priorities whilst maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
You'll be comfortable working with data, producing reports and coordinating meetings, audits and action plans. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues across different teams and senior stakeholders.
You'll be proactive, adaptable and committed to continuous improvement, with a passion for supporting high-quality services that make a genuine difference to the lives of children and young people.
