About the Role
Our client is a highly respected main contractor specialising in the delivery of super-prime residential projects across London and the Home Counties. With a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail and the successful delivery of complex high-end refurbishments, extensions, basements, bespoke interiors and new-build homes, they are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor with proven super-prime residential experience to take ownership of prestigious projects from pre-construction through to final account.
Key Responsibilities
- Full commercial management of super-prime residential projects.
- Contract administration and risk management.
- Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Cost planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Management of variations, valuations and final accounts.
- Client and consultant liaison throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitoring project financial performance and reporting to senior management.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor.
- Must have super-prime residential construction experience.
- Strong understanding of JCT contracts.
- Ability to manage high-value, complex residential schemes.
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
