A leading UK Civil Engineering contractor is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial ownership of projects across the South West Water AMP8 framework.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll handle:
- NEC contracts, CVRs and forecasting
- Risk, opportunity and financial performance
- Variations, procurement and final accounts
- Client and subcontractor negotiations
- Commercial support and development of junior staff
Up to £70k + £8k car allowance/EV + pension + healthcare + 26 days' holiday + hybrid working.
