We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Senior Service Advisor at their well-established main dealership in Burton upon Trent, Derbyshire. Duties of a Senior Service Advisor:
  • Act as the key link between the workshop and front-of-house service team
  • Prepare and manage workshop job cards to ensure workflow efficiency
  • Support Service Advisors with operational queries
  • Handle complex customer escalations and resolve issues professionally
  • Liaise closely with Technicians and Workshop Control to monitor repair progress
  • Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and aftersales service as a Senior Service Advisor
  • Assist in maintaining workshop productivity and efficiency
Requirements of a Senior Service Advisor:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership or busy automotive environment
  • Skilled in managing customer escalations and resolving complex issues
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work confidently between workshop and customer-facing teams
  • Professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach
  • Full UK Driving Licence preferred
