We are recruiting for a Service Advisor, Automotive Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor to join a busy dealership in Watford. Applicants must have strong customer service and communication skills, experience working in a target-driven environment, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK. Previous automotive Service Advisor or Aftersales experience is advantageous but not essential.

Location: Watford
Salary: £34,000 basic + bonus
OTE: £45,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 8 - 6, 1 in 5 Saturdays, 8.30 - 4

- Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout servicing and repairs
- Book workshop appointments and complete pre-appointment calls
- Keep customers updated on vehicle progress and completion times
- Liaise with Vehicle Technicians and workshop colleagues regarding repairs
- Explain maintenance and repair recommendations clearly to customers
- Identify suitable additional service and repair opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records and deliver excellent customer service
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Previous experience working in a target-driven role
- Confidence identifying customer needs and appropriate upselling opportunities
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- Ability to manage a busy workload and work effectively under pressure
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
- Previous Service Advisor or automotive Aftersales experience is advantageous
- Previous VAG experience or a relevant VAG qualification is desirable
