We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established independent used car supermarket in Liverpool, for the position of Service Advisor. This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced automotive professionals seeking to advance their careers within a reputable company known for its strong community presence and customer-centric approach.

Key benefits for the successful Service Advisor:
  • Competitive basic salary starting from £28,000, dependent on experience
  • OTE approximately £30,000 per annum with performance-related bonuses
  • Monday to Friday working hours from 08:30 to 17:00
  • Rota of one in two Saturdays, 08:00 to 12:00

Duties of the Service Advisor:
  • Deliver proactive and professional service to customers, managing vehicle service, maintenance, and repair bookings
  • Liaise closely with the workshop team to track vehicle progress
  • Communicate effectively with customers throughout their vehicle’s service journey
  • Upsell additional products and services where appropriate
  • Arrange courtesy vehicles to enhance customer experience
  • Ensure all customer requirements are met efficiently and to high standards
Requirements of the Service Advisor:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of automotive processes and customer service standards
  • Valid UK driving licence
