We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established multi-franchise dealership in Bolton. This is a key role within the aftersales team, bridging the gap between customers and workshop operations to ensure a seamless service experience.

Duties of a Service Advisor:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding customer service
  • Manage all paperwork related to vehicle servicing and repairs efficiently
  • Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle throughout the service process
  • Process payments accurately and ensure follow-up actions are completed
  • Maintain high levels of organisation and cleanliness within the service department
  • Communicate effectively with workshop team to coordinate service delivery
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any queries or concerns promptly
Requirements of a Service Advisor:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade
  • No formal qualifications required; strong experience is valued
  • Excellent computer literacy and organisational skills
  • Passion for delivering high-quality customer service
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer care
