Our client, a reputable main dealer in Christchurch, Dorset, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their well-established team. Service Advisor Role Benefits:
  • Basic salary up to £27,500, with achievable bonus and upsell commission
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE) approximately £31,500

Duties as a Service Advisor:
  • Welcome customers professionally, ensuring a positive experience
  • Advise customers on vehicle service and repair requirements
  • Upsell additional services and products where appropriate
  • Plan and schedule service appointments efficiently
  • Liaise with technicians and parts teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and work conducted
  • Promote dealership services and products to maximise sales and customer satisfaction
Service Advisor Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within the motor trade
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet targets
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and fostering customer loyalty
